Apparently it’s too hard to order flat rate envelopes at this store. I had to buy a completely different envelope after already paying for the flat rate envelope, and got no refund for it. The woman at the counter was very unhelpful about the whole situation.
Was on hold 33 minutes. Hung up. Tacking showed my packed wad out for delivery. Mail person came and went. Left no package. Can't in touch with any one to inquire on where my package may be.
